I actually did a short FB Live on my personal page: Suzanne Kellner-Zinck a couple of hours ago that went into all the important things that I have learned from age 5 when my memories begin till today, my 60th birthday.

I do believe that the most important things though were to always be loving and caring for those who you love and who love you as our healthy relationships will go much further for our health and wellbeing than most anything else we can do per many studies on the subject. Plus, it feels great to be loved and cared for and even better to show love, care, and interest in others.

Life-long learning so we can better understand the fast-changing world around us and have the critical thinking skills necessary to best navigate our way through it.

Travel is both a way of healing and a way of enlarging one’s understanding of both one’s self and the greater world — the populations that make up the world in especially the countries that are 180 degrees different from your own.

Listening to one’s inner voice — if something feels right or not — take the actions to respect it for that is one’s subconscious mind working to get you aligned with what is best for you — so long as it is a healthy aligned message for you.
