Get “Unstuck” in 2 Steps!
Today we are going to learn about this whole notion of one believing that one is ‘stuck with no options.’
During my Neuro-Linguistic Programming training (NLP), the trainers told us that our job was to help our clients who came to us feeling that they were stuck without any options was to help them to go within their unconscious minds using NLP to help them to find their own options since they could access the options right there that their conscious mind was unable to tap into.
Well, to tell you the truth there are other methods that one can do for oneself self to create options to become unstuck, one which need not have a hypnotist or NLP practitioner to do, as you can do it for yourself.
There are 2 questions that you need to ask yourself:
1) What is it that I need to get done or what is it that I want to do?
2) Who do I know who can help me to figure this out?
Using these 2 questions I was able to get my website built for me for free by a website designer who happened to be the spouse of a very good friend of mine who I had helped in a situation using my expertise. (Hint: Always help whomever you can because you never know when they may have something priceless to offer you.). My over 900-page website began with this man helping me to create it and then servicing it all the while till I had another person who I helped with 3 very, very heart wrenching and scary situations help me to rebuild the website after another person lost the whole thing — we lost the first couple of years — however, I believe that even you would believe that a 900+ page website that answers many of the questions that people ask while educating them on in each upload is a most useful piece of internet real estate. It demonstrates my expertise and continuous learning and education on everything to do with the mind-body-spiritual connection.
I love writing as you all can see on here- so it’s an easy thing for me to do. I also have a podcast in which we place the recordings on the website as well — each done on a weekly basis — though I do them all in 1 or 2 days and schedule them weekly throughout the month.
I also have had many other situations where I needed assistance to get things done — many times technical things to be done online or on phone apps and I have found Youtube videos to be quite helpful once I got clear what I needed to figure out.
Learning: When one is feeling stuck there are only 2 questions that need to be asked to get ‘unstuck.’
1. What am I needing to get done or What do I want to accomplish?
2. Who do I know who can help me with that?
So simple, and trust me, miracles can occur when we have the guts to ask these two questions and then ask for the necessary help from the appropriate professional who may very well be a friend or related to one of your best friends to get the job done — many times for FREE! What could be better than that?
